Job Summary:
The Audio-Visual Site Lead and Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing the audio-visual operations and sales at a particular site or location. They oversee the setup, installation, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, ensuring high-quality services are provided to our clients. Additionally, they work closely with clients from project beginning to end, to bring their vision to reality while also meeting their technical needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment at a particular site or location.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality audio-visual services to customers.
Work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and generate leads.
Close sales deals by providing accurate quotes, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with excellent customer service and support.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the audio-visual industry and incorporate them into the business operations.
Develop and maintain an inventory of audio-visual equipment, ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and operational.
Manage a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Monitor and report on the performance of the audio-visual operations and sales, including revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team, outlining the site's performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business management, marketing, or audio-visual technology.
Proven experience in audio-visual operations and sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
